First Swim

We tried to take Luca into the indoor pool of our old apartment building when he was 2 months old, but it was just too cold for him and he started to cry. So, now that our little toddle toddle is 13 months old and loves to be active and crazy, it was time to try again!

We've had a week of 90 degree weather, so the pool felt wonderful. He was a little scared at first, but quickly got used to floating around (don't you want one of those??) He splashed and mommy tried to teach him to kick. And Daddy of course was the first one out because he was cold. ;)

Next time we'll start dunking him. :)
